Turkcell (NYSE: TKC, ISE: TCELL), the leading communications and technology company’s 100% subsidiary; Turkcell Global Bilgi has been awarded 2 grand prizes at the “2011 Top Ranking Performers” award ceremony organized by one of the world’s most prestigious organizations in the call center sector; “ContactCenterWorld.com”.
Turkcell Global Bilgi, Turkey’s leading customer relations management center, has been elected the “Best Call Center in the World”, due to the success achieved in the criteria of services offered to customers, strong customer relations management, employee satisfaction and capacity.
Turkcell Global Bilgi has also been ranked the first in the category of “Best Incentive Scheme” for the “Superonlar” project, which had been developed in just one year for the operations of another Turkcell Group company, Turkcell Superonline. ”Superonlar” helped fast-growing Turkcell Superonline to increase its quality of customer services in solving customer inquiries through actions classified under the “human resources improvement center”, “tailor made technological applications for customer relations”, and “quality service approach” categories.
