Urban Science U.K. Signs Agreement with Automotive Services International

CHERTSEY, England, June 21, 2011 -

Automotive Retail Consulting Experts

Global automotive retail consulting firm, Urban Science, today
announced a signed agreement with Automotive Services International
(ASI), that brings John Grant, Miguel Picazo, and Jonathan
Smith, to Urban Science International Ltd. in the U.K. to
support the company’s growing client base and its business
management intelligence service.

addition of John, Miguel and Jonathan further bolsters our business
management consulting services to meet the demand for further
efficiencies and dealer standards.”

John Grant is a renowned and respected professional with more
than 30 years of automotive experience at global and local
companies. He is one of the founding shareholders of ASE and was
responsible for the company’s European expansion. Grant also
founded RoadtoData, a global company specializing in product
positioning analysis, that was later integrated into R.L. Polk
& Co.

Miguel Picazo started his career 25 years ago at the FIAT Group
(IVECO Spain). Picazo then developed Precisa, a leading consultancy
firm in the Spanish automotive market that was later integrated
with Urban Science Spain. He was also previously managing director
of Polk RoadtoData before joining ASE in 2009.

Jonathan Smith is extremely knowledgeable in the U.K. business
management sector and spent 12 years at Trevor Management Services,
and the last 13 years at ASE as operations director.

The agreement between Urban Science and ASI is effective
immediately. Grant, Picazo and Smith will all provide support to
Urban Science’s business management intelligence service, a
web-based, interactive, analytical tool assisting dealerships to
measure actionable results, feedback and reports.

The Urban Science U.K. office is located in Chertsey, Surrey.
The office was opened in 1987 and currently employs 46 people.
