Vistra Wins Fiduciary License on Bonaire (Formerly Netherlands Antilles)

Vistra Bonaire (www.vistra.com/contactus/cura%C3%A7ao/) is to become
the first fiduciary service provider on Bonaire officially licensed by the
Dutch Central Bank (www.bes.dnb.nl/nl/toezicht/regster_bes_eilanden)
(De Nederlandsche Bank). The new Vistra Bonaire operation complements
operations in Curacao, licensed by the Central Bank of Curacao & St Maarten.

Vistra's roots on Curacao and Bonaire go back to 1994, when the company
was regulated by the Central Bank of the Netherlands Antilles and
subsequently the Central Bank of Curacao & St Maarten).

Following the dissolution of the Netherlands Antilles on 10 October 2010,
the islands of Bonaire, Saba, and Saint Eustatius were given the status of
public body, often referred to as "special municipality" within the
Netherlands, with financial regulation falling under the Dutch Central Bank.
