According to a new survey by Warrantywise, almost 92% of people who ask for a car warranty quote are male.
Findings from an only survey of almost 3,000 customers revealed that from the start of this year, the majority of people seeking best car warranties were men.
The study, which was commissioned by Warrantywise, aimed to expose the demographics of who searches car warranty companies for the top deals.
The research found that of those surveyed, 75% were married and that the common age of people getting in touch were aged somewhere between 40 and 70 years-old. In comparison, the least number of quote enquiries came from people aged 18-29.
Further results showed that over 50% of respondents earned between £20,000 and £60,000 a year salary-wise.
