Mobile C-arms Recognized as Integral Part of Interventional Radiology in Hybrid ORs

NUREMBURG, Germany, February 14, 2011 - Ziehm Imaging has received Frost & Sullivan's European Product Leadership
Award 2011 in the interventional radiology category. The Ziehm Vision RFD
mobile C-arm ranked strongly in all assessment categories and led the field
in terms of functionality, innovation, market acceptance, customer value and
quality. The use of high-resolution, distortion-free flat-panel technology
during operations has raised the bar in the clinical field and has paved the
way for procedures that were previously only possible with fixed systems.

In light of the growing popularity of minimally invasive cardio-vascular
procedures, the decision from Frost & Sullivan analysts underscores the
increasing value of mobile C-arms in hybrid operating rooms. Ziehm Vision RFD
