6356095 Canada Inc. (formerly Excapsa Software Inc.) to Pay Capital Gains Dividend

MONTREAL, June 15, 2010 - XMT Liquidations Inc. ("XMT"), the court appointed liquidator of 6356095
Canada Inc. (formerly Excapsa Software Inc.), announces that it intends to
pay a US $5 million capital gains dividend to registered shareholders for
which a clearance certificate has been received from Canada Revenue Agency.

6356095 Canada Inc. currently has 170,224,600 outstanding shares.
Accordingly, registered shareholders will receive US $0.02937 per share.

XMT anticipates that the capital gains dividend will be paid within the
next 30 days. The payments will be made in US dollars. As payments will be
made to registered shareholders only, beneficial holders are encouraged to
contact their brokers to arrange for delivery of funds.
