Asprey Appoints Paddy Byng as Managing Director

LONDON, January 13, 2011 - John Rigas, Chairman of the Board of Asprey, announced today that Paddy
Byng
has been named Managing Director of Asprey Holdings Limited. Mr Byng
will assume his new global role at the helm of Asprey on February 1st, 2011.
In his capacity as Managing Director, Mr Byng will report to Mr Rigas and the
Board of Asprey, overseeing all aspects of the business worldwide.

Mr Byng was most recently CEO of Smythson. Prior to his role at Smythson,
Mr Byng held Senior Executive positions at Alfred Dunhill and Polo Ralph
Lauren.

Mr Rigas commented, "We are pleased to have found a leader with a well
established reputation, and experience in the luxury industry and an inherent
