BrandAlley Takes Silver-Gilt at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2010

LONDON, May 25, 2010 - BrandAlley, the online designer flash sale emporium, is delighted to
announce the winning of Silver-Gilt at RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2010.

BrandAlley's garden, The Naturally Fashionable Garden, was designed by
previous RHS Chelsea Flower Show winner, Nicholas Dexter of NDG+ and was
based upon the work of avant-garde artist Sonia Delaunay (1885-1979) who
showed how art could enhance any surface, not just canvas.

The garden's intent was to illustrate the free flowing and symbiotic
relationship between fashion and nature using colour, form, pattern and
texture to represent various elements of fashion and textiles. The bold and
contemporary design used a defined biometric pattern incorporating natural
elements such as a birch stumpery with water, repeated planting patterns and
boulders. In total 773 plants were used, including Fennel (Foeniculum
Vulgare), Euphorbia Amygdalaides Var. Robbiae and Matteuccia Struthiopteris
ferns.
