SHANGHAI, April 1, 2010 - CEIBS (China Europe International Business School) 2nd Prestige Brands
Forum 2010 had a grand opening on March 27. The topic of the peak dialog this
time focused on China - "a blessed place" for the world's luxury goods
industry. The leader of China's top fashion luxury brand NE.TIGER, on behalf
of the Chinese luxury goods industry, had a high-end debate with the top
talent, senior scholars and experts of the industry. Mr. Zhang Zhifeng, Brand
Founder and Chief Art Director of NE.TIGER, discussed with the other elites
on the forum about not only the unprecedented opportunities but also the
challenges arising from foreign brands in the Chinese market. Mr. Zhang put
forward his firm belief that Chinese luxury goods brands should be bold
enough to break the prevailing fashion discourse power, and that they should
create and lead the new rules. He announced that the flourishing age of
Chinese luxury goods industry is arriving.
