Customer Satisfaction for VoucherSeeker Running At 95%!

LEEDS, England - When leading vouchers and offers site VoucherSeeker wanted to find ways to improve their site, they decided to ask their users directly.

Sending out a survey both via email and the VoucherSeeker blog, site users were more than willing to share their views about the site.

An impressive 95% of VoucherSeeker users are happy with the site, whilst a further 84% found the site easy to use. Just 1% found it difficult. Customers were quick to give feedback on what they found useful and to suggest ideas for improvement.

“We are delighted with the positive response to the survey”, says Ed Wilkinson, Voucherseeker Director. “Customers have made recommendations for the site which we are committed to researching thoroughly, and implementing if possible.”
