Financial Services Industry Expert Simon Still Elected Chairman of Equipos

LONDON and BOSTON, December 13, 2011 -
Equipos, the leading provider of client communications and reporting solutions, has announced that Simon Still has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2012. Mr Still succeeds Torben Munch, who is retiring as Chairman to focus on his primary role as Chief Operating Officer at SimCorp. Mr Munch will remain a Director of Equipos.
Until September 2009 Mr Still was Chief Operating Officer of Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC and is a Director of Salmon Business Services Limited, which provides consultancy services to business. He is also Chairman of Durham Cathedral’s Finance Committee and is a Fellow of the Institute of Directors. Previously, Mr Still was a Non-Executive Director of the Association of Private Client Investment Managers.
A graduate of the University of Durham, with a B.A. in Law, Politics and Economics, Mr Still gained 14 years of executive experience in the electronics and engineering industry, which included starting a software company, prior to entering a City-based consultancy practice in 1987. He joined Wise Speke in 1990, which was acquired by Brewin Dolphin in 1998. In 2001 he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Group.
