Firth Rixson and Techspace Aero Execute Multi Year Ring Agreement

SHEFFIELD, England and EAST HARTFORD, Connecticut, June 22, 2011 -
Firth Rixson and Techspace Aero S.A. have signed a multi-year
purchasing agreement valued at more than ~ $100 M today during the
49th International Paris Air Show. Under the terms of the
agreement, Firth Rixson will supply Techspace Aero with forged
rings and cases for multiple engine programs. The agreement with
Techspace Aero, a major designer and producer of aero and space
engine equipment and modules, will extend through 2015.
