LONDON, October 7, 2010 - IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of regulated

announced that ICE Clear Europe has been awarded Best OTC Clearing House by
Financial News at the 8th Annual Awards for Excellence in Trading and
Technology, Europe 2010, in the City of London.
