Jules Kroll, Father of Modern Investigations Industry, Launches K2 Office in London

LONDON, March 10, 2010 - Jules Kroll has announced the opening of a new risk management venture,
K2 Global Consulting ("K2"). The company will be a provider of risk
consulting and advisory services to multi-national corporations, sovereign
nations and individuals. In making the announcement, Mr. Kroll, the founder
and visionary behind Kroll Inc., said, "In the 21st Century, the world will
continue to face risks that will require new and imaginative solutions. We
expect that K2 will play a leading role in meeting the challenges and
addressing those risks."

K2 has a global reach with offices in New York, London, Washington,
Madrid and Bahrain. The K2 London office serves clients throughout Europe,
the Middle East and Africa, with a core consulting team of experienced
professionals, as well as an international network of experts and
relationships.

Jules Kroll was joined by Charles Carr, head of K2's London office, for
the launch of the K2 London office. Mr. Carr explained, "K2 is an exciting
new venture aimed at combining decades of experience in handling the most
complex and sensitive risk matters from around the world with renewed energy

the EMEA market."

K2 Global Consulting, a wholly owned subsidiary of K2 Global Partners,
LLC, will be offering services to clients in four main areas: Fraud and
Corruption Strategies and Solutions, Transactional Risk Advisory, Dispute
Resolution and Security Strategies.

In addition to the consulting business, Jules Kroll and his strategic
partners heading K2 Global Partners, will be investing in new businesses in
the risk management arena, including launching a new credit rating agency
focused on structured financial products in the 3Q 2010.
