L.B. Foster Company Declares Quarterly Dividend

PITTSBURGH, October 26, 2011 -

L.B. Foster Company (Nasdaq: FSTR) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized a $0.025 per share quarterly cash dividend on its issued and outstanding shares of common stock, payable December 23, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 9, 2011.  There are currently approximately 10.1 million shares outstanding.
