L'TUR Expands Cooperation With Wirecard AG

GRASBRUNN, Germany and MUNICH, June 15, 2010 - The company L'TUR Tourismus AG, based in Baden-Baden (Germany), is
expanding its longstanding cooperation with Wirecard AG. The European market
leader for Last Minute-Travel has been operating on the Wirecard payment
platform since the beginning of June 2010. Whether customers book a trip over
the Internet or through a call center, if a credit card is used in the
transaction, then the payments are handled via a standardized interface,
effective immediately.

To ensure the highest level of protection against payment defaults, the
travel group has been relying on risk management procedures provided by
Wirecard AG for checking personal data since 2005. Since 2008, it has also
been deploying the innovative Business-to-Business payout solution Supplier &
Commission Payments (SCP).

Last Minute-Travel of L'TUR can be booked until just a few hours before
departure. This makes efficient risk management an indispensable requirement
for the company: with the departure - i.e. the use of its service - imminent,
the possibility of a booking being an attempted fraud must be ruled out.
Moreover, now that credit card processing has been moved from a proprietary
system to the much more flexible Wirecard payment platform, it has become
possible to add additional, specially designed risk management modules in
future.

In 2009, more than 800,000 travelers booked their vacations using L'TUR.
And the trend toward last-minute bookings is increasing steadily. Equipped
with an efficient payment processing facility and innovative risk management
solutions from a single source, L'TUR will be able to exploit the potential
inherent in the growing number of bookings to the full.
