CHESTER, England, November 8, 2010 - MBNA has today launched a new and improved online banking service through

The new facility, renamed Online Card Services, (

been developed following feedback from customers to include a new service
which provides step-by-step guidance on how to get the most from online
banking and clearer, more concise content.

Other changes to the facility include improvements to the navigation of
the site and an enhanced help and support section, providing customers with
online tutorials and a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help them better
service their accounts.
