Nagravision, a world leader in digital security and convergent media solutions for the delivery of digital and interactive content, decided to modernize its enterprise IT platform and consolidate legacy systems on one global instance, automating and integrating its financial operations with its sales lifecycle for a clearer view into its revenue pipeline.
To integrate its core ERP system with its CRM solution, Nagravision decided to utilize the Siebel CRM Integration Pack for Oracle E-Business Suite Order Management. Since going live May 31, 2010, Nagravision has seen a 20% increase of sales order lines delivered on time.
Nagravision also leveraged Oracle User Productivity Kit, a content development environment that produces end-user guides to the software lifecycle, helping the company increase productivity through fast user adoption and reduce overall software implementation costs. In addition, the company booked workload from Oracle User Adoption Services to help build the Oracle User Productivity Kit content.
