NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. Appoints and Announces Calgary-Based Oil & Gas Team

NCP Northland Capital Partners Inc. ("NCP"), a fast-growing, independent
employee-owned institutional investment dealer, is pleased to announce the
appointment of Mr. Ali A. Bhojani to the role of President*. NCP is also
pleased to introduce its Calgary Oil & Gas team, which will be providing
creative and innovative solutions to NCP's corporate clients and
institutional investors in the areas of corporate finance, mergers and
acquisitions, and equity research.

Mr. Bhojani has over 20 years of experience in investment banking and
capital markets. Throughout Mr. Bhojani's career he has advised on capital
markets transactions both domestically and internationally, including
corporate finance and merger and acquisition mandates exceeding $20B in
aggregate.

Mr. Bhojani's past experience includes being the Head of Energy
Investment Banking for Dundee Capital Markets, Head of Investment Banking for
Canaccord Financial's London, UK office, and Co-Head of Investment Banking
for Sprott Securities. Mr. Bhojani also sits on the Board of The Calgary
Foundation.

We are also pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Bradley Johnson to
the role of Managing Director of Investment Banking and Mr. Robert Paré to
the role of Oil & Gas Analyst. Mr. Paré and Mr. Johnson will both be joining
our growing Calgary-based Oil & Gas team.

Mr. Johnson has over 25 years of experience in the Global Energy
industry, having played an instrumental role in creating and running numerous
private and public oil & gas companies in Canada. He has successfully
transacted over $10B in advisory mandates in the international and domestic
energy space and has worked extensively with oil & gas issuers both in Canada
and internationally.

Mr. Paré has over 15 years of experience within the financial services
industry, the last several of which have been focused on institutional equity
research within the oil & gas sector, both domestically and internationally,
for bank-owned and boutique dealers.
