The launch party is set to take place throughout the day when visitors to the store on Dean Street can enjoy complimentary chocolate and champagne.

Among the popular lines showcased by the new store is the Links of London jewellery collection. First launched at top London store Harvey Nichols in 1990, the luxurious fashion designs of Links have since become a hit around the world thanks to the distinct British sense of humour and style displayed by unique pieces such as the ‘Sweetie Bracelet’. Links is new to both T. H. Baker and its dedicated jewellery website the Jewel Hut.

Other jewellery brands available include Tresor Paris, a young and dynamic range recently seen on the arms of celebrities including Justin Bieber, the Saturdays and JLS, and the ever-popular Pop-meets-gothic style of Thomas Sabo.

The extensive range of accessories available at the new location is also set to include a wide choice of luxury watches, from manufacturers including Seiko, Citizen, Tissot, Emporio Armani and Hugo Boss. The store will also feature a selection from the elegant Mastercut Diamond collection.

Ahead of the official store opening, T. H. Baker CEO Andrew Higgs said: “The new retail space is the largest T. H. Baker store to date and offers a stunning range of jewellery. It offers us a unique opportunity to bring quality fashions at affordable prices to Telford.”

The opening of the store marks the company’s second major investment in the busy centre. In August, the group also unveiled a concept store for the bestselling Danish-designed line of Pandora jewellery, occupying an adjacent store in the Dean Street area of the extensive mall. The new T. H. Baker store is the 19th store to be opened by the family-owned retailer.

T. H. Baker was established in 1888 in the West Midlands town of Brierley Hill. Now in the fifth generation of family ownership, the company has grown to be one of the UK’s largest independent jewellery retail groups with a network of stores across the Midlands and southern England, as well as two specialist websites: the Watch Hut and the Jewel Hut.

About T. H. Baker

T. H. Baker is one of the most enduring names in the UK jewellery industry. For over 120 years, the renowned jeweller has been providing customers with the best in quality jewellery and prestigious watches.

The company was founded in 1888 by watchmaker and jeweller Thomas Henry Baker, who set up shop at 95 High Street, Brierley Hill, which is still open today. Even today as the company continues to grow in stature, T. H. Baker remains family-owned with the fifth generation currently overseeing the business. H. Baker in exciting new directions.

With the company’s 125th year approaching in 2013, T. H. Baker prepares to enter the next stage in its long legacy by combining its traditional values with a modern vision.
