OneAccess Appoints Didier Delepine as Chairman of the Supervisory Board

PARIS, November 16 - OneAccess Networks, the European leader in multi service access routers,
today announced that its Board of Directors on 15th October, 2009 appointed
Didier Delepine as Chairman of the Supervisory Board for a 3 year term.

Didier Delepine began his career at SITA the global telecommunications
and technology organization supporting the world's airlines. From 1998 to
2003 he was Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Management Board of
Equant, a NYSE and Euronext listed leader in data global networking and
managed communications solutions for multinational corporations.

Delepine was a member of the Board of Directors of Intelsat (2003 to
2005) and Eircom (2003 to 2006) until their privatization. He was Senior
Fellow and member of the Board of Advisors at Adventis, a Boston based
consulting firm (2002 to 2007). He was member of the Board of Advisors of
Ciena the optical equipments manufacturer (2005 to 2009).

He holds dual U.S. and French nationalities and lives in Boston,
Massachusetts.
