Oracle today expands its Oracle Exastack Program (www.oracle.com/partners/en/opn-program/oracle-exastack/index.html) with the availability of Oracle Exastack Optimized, enabling Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and other qualifying members of Oracle Partner Network (OPN) to optimize their applications to run faster and more reliably on Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud.
Partners achieving an Oracle Exadata Optimized or Oracle Exalogic Optimized status can also leverage specific branding and promotional benefits including the use of a product specific Oracle Optimized logo. OPN members participating in the program will also be able to leverage their Oracle Exastack Optimized applications toward advancement to Platinum or Diamond level in the OPN Specialized program.
Oracle Exastack Ready expands to now include an Oracle Exadata Ready and Oracle Exalogic Ready status, allowing customers to easily identify the OPN member applications that readily support Oracle Exadata Database Machine or Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud
Oracle Exadata Database Machine and Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud are pre-integrated hardware and software engineered systems that deliver extreme performance.
Oracle is also announcing the availability of the Oracle Exastack Remote Labs (www.oracle.com/partners/en/opn-program/oracle-exastack/labs/index.htmll) providing qualifying OPN members with access to Oracle technical resources and remote lab environments for purposes of testing and verifying their applications on the latest major releases of Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux or Oracle VM.
Oracle Exastack Ready (www.oracle.com/partners/en/opn-program/oracle-exastack/ready/index.html) has also added an Oracle VM Ready status, differentiating for customers the OPN member applications that support the latest major release of Oracle VM. In addition to the Oracle VM remote lab, partners may also access the Oracle VM ISV Developer Guided Learning Path – enabling them to utilize Oracle enablement and testing resources to fully leverage the benefits of the newly released Oracle VM 3.0 platform (www.oracle.com/us/corporate/press/459406) .
Oracle Sees Strong Momentum for Newly Launched Oracle Exastack Program
The Oracle Exastack Program helps enable ISVs and other OPN members to rapidly build and deliver faster, more reliable applications.
Since the Oracle Exastack Program was launched just over three months ago, partners have achieved over 150 Oracle Exastack Ready milestones for Oracle Solaris, Oracle Linux, Oracle Database or Oracle WebLogic Server. This rapid adoption of the program is a testament to the importance and value both partners and Oracle place on these kinds of enablement resources.
These partners include ADP, Beijing Teamsun, cVydia, Essatto, F5, GoldenSource, INFOPRO, IBIS, Informatica™, I-ON, Lingotek, Neusoft, PhinCon, Smart Developer, Solix, Teleran and Triple Point, among others.
