Pall Mall Capital Announces That Emerging Markets and M&A Specialist Alex Carre de Malberg has Joined the Firm

LONDON, November 29, 2010 - Pall Mall Capital, the cross border corporate finance advisory firm is
pleased to announce that the experienced investment banker Alex Carre de
Malberg has joined the firm as a Senior Advisor.

Alex has 18 years of investment banking experience, including spending
1998-2009 with Rothschild Group in Paris and then in Abu Dhabi. Over the last
decade Alex has completed over 50 mergers and acquisitions, fund raisings and
valuation assignments, half of these have involved emerging market companies.

Alex started his career with Lazards in New York, later moving on to
Peregrine in Hong Kong and then to Equinox Capital in Singapore. He has also
held the position of head of investment banking at the Abu Dhabi investment
company Invest AD, notably building and managing the only investment banking
team located within a quasi sovereign wealth fund entity. Alex has been based
in Abu Dhabi since 2006, where he also acts as a Senior Advisor on Middle
East transactions to the regional investment and advisory company, The
National Investor.
