Market-leading Balance Transfer Card From MBNA

CHESTER, England, November 29, 2010 - MBNA today (Monday) launches a market-leading* balance transfer offer for
new customers.

The new MBNA Balance Transfer credit card offers 0% on balance transfers
for 16 months from account opening (when made within the first 60 days), with
a 2.88% handling fee.

The new MBNA Balance Transfer credit card also offers 0% on card
purchases for the first three months. The standard rate of interest for
purchases and balance transfers is 16.7% APR (typical) variable.
