Portaltech & hybris Win Account for eCommerce Re-platform for SPACE.NK.apothecary's Multi Channel and International Retail Business

LONDON, March 3, 2011 - Portaltech are pleased to announce the recent account win to re-platform
and integrate commerce operations for luxury beauty retailer
SPACE.NK.apothecary. SPACE.NK.apothecary was founded by Nicky Kinnaird in
1993, when she launched her first store in Covent Garden, with an ambition to
offer a carefully edited selection of high quality, original and effective
beauty products from innovators and specialists around the world. Since then,
the passion for beauty has continued and the brand has grown to encompass 78
stores and concessions in the UK and US, as well as a thriving online
business. The retailer who also owns the Eve Lom Skin Care brand has plans to
grow their business significantly online over the next 5 years, both in the
UK and Internationally.
This strategic project, will take advantage of the hybris multi channel
platform for Product Content Management, B2C Commerce and Mobile, whilst
leveraging Portaltech's QuickLive project accelerator for a rapid rollout of
internationalised, multi brand sites.
