Qnective, Inc. (QNTV) Elects Another Top Specialist to its Board of Directors and as an Officer

ZURICH, Switzerland - Qnective, Inc., a U.S. public company, headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, has elected Mr. Valerio Camardella to its Board of Directors and as Chief Marketing Officer effective July 13, 2009. This appointment will provide Qnective with strong support in sales, marketing, and operations.

Oswald Ortiz, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Qnective, remarked “that Qnective is absolutely pleased to welcome another experienced telecom expert, Mr. Valerio Camardella, as a director and to fill the newly created position of Chief Marketing Officer.”

Mr. Camardella is an expert in the telecommunications business with over 20 years’ experience, particularly in the mobile communications segment. He holds a masters’ degree in marketing from the University of Zurich.

During the last 5 years Mr. Camardella has held several key positions including CEO of Motorola Italy and Switzerland. While CEO he led Motorola to increase its market share in Italy by 31%. Prior to assuming the CEO position he managed operations for Motorola Austria and in the Benelux countries. Within 8 months after his arrival at Motorola Austria market share had increased from 2% to 20%. He was responsible for product development, pricing, distribution and product launches, including a leading role with the implementation of Motorola’s luxury goods strategy which included the highly successful launch of the Dolce & Gabbana RAZR V3s.

In accepting positions on the Board of Directors and as Chief Marketing Officer, Valerio Camardella stated “Qnective has achieved major steps in developing VoIP (voice over internet) for mobile phone communication. My mission is to make this solution accessible to all consumers so they can profit from the newest developments in mobile communication.”
