Risto Siilasmaa Joins Mendor Board of Directors

HELSINKI, February 24, 2011 - Well known Finnish entrepreneur and investor Risto Siilasmaa joins the
board of directors of Mendor, a company committed to the design, development
and marketing of advanced diabetes management products.

the lives of people with diabetes who regularly test their blood glucose
levels.

President and CEO of the company between 1988-2006. He is the Chairman of the

Nokia Corporation (Chairman of the Audit Committee), Blyk Ltd, Ekahau Inc.
