SAI Global Completes Acquisition of Integrity Interactive and Directs its Focus on Meeting Client Needs in Business Ethics and Compliance Management

PLAINSBORO, New Jersey, September 13, 2010 - SAI Global Limited (ASX: SAI) today announced that it has completed its
acquisition of Integrity Interactive, a leading compliance and ethics
solutions provider.
This transaction brings together two market leaders in business ethics
and compliance management. Significantly, the acquisition creates one source
for an unparalleled library of compliance and ethics education and awareness
titles, available in a variety of formats and in more than 40 languages. In
addition, the combination will leverage the complementary strengths of the
companies including SAI Global's leadership and vision in learning and
compliance technology and Integrity's advisory services and third party risk
management technology.
