Santander: New Issue Fixed Rate Bonds Paying up to 3.90 per Cent

LONDON, February 1 - From tomorrow, Tuesday 2 February, Santander and Alliance &
Leicester are launching a new range of competitive Fixed Rate Bonds paying up
to 3.90 per cent gross/AER.
