Customer-centric Module Includes Collaboration, Workflow and Diary Items for Insurance Companies

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module is now available for the

The CRM is easily integrated into the existing infrastructure and provides a
centralized view of customer activities including the incorporation of data
from other systems such as claims and billing.
