Savvaidis & Associates Introduces H&M to Rhodes

RHODES, Greece, March 1, 2011 - Within just 12 months H&M has moved into the renovated wing of Cairo
Palace, in Rhodes, Greece.

Savvaidis & Associates, in association with an Athens based colleague
clenched the deal between the owners of Cairo Palace and H&M after many
months of negotiations.

"As a result of the agreement the Cairo Palace building was given a total
make over and up-graded one of the main commercial streets of the city," says

H&M, Rhodes which is located at 6 Ethelondon Dodekanision has a total
of 1,225sq.m spread over 5 floors.

Whilst renovations were underway workers discovered the remains of an
ancient building in the basement. Some of the ruins have been passed over to
the Archaeological Society for further studies.

The store will renew H&M' collections of clothing and accessories on a
daily basis and will be open from Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 9.00pm and
9.00am to 6.00pm on Saturdays.

The Rhodes branch of H&M adds to the 15 existing stores across Greece,
including 10 in Athens, 3 in Thessaloniki and 2 in Larissa. All the stores
are located in key locations with a modern design fully representing the
philosophy of H&M stores worldwide.
