Siesko Partners Founder Rededicates Focus on Firm; Discussions With Outside Suitors Ended

NEW YORK, July 26, 2010 - David Siesko, principal and founder of Siesko Partners, LLC, announced
today that, while confirming discussions with several insurance carriers
pursuing him for executive-level positions, he has terminated all such
conversations and is totally focused on building the firm that bears his
name.

"I have had some serious conversations with several insurance carriers
regarding potential leadership positions," Siesko said. "Those discussions
have come to an end, however. Siesko Partners remains focused on developing
its core business of resolving complex coverage disputes and enhancing our
carrier clients' claims management operations."

Significant growth in the insurance industry has made exploration of
opportunities by carriers a necessary component of managing that growth, he
noted. For that reason, Siesko said, he had been approached by outside firms,
based on his 15 years in senior management with Zurich - which culminated in
his role as Chief Claim Officer for Zurich Financial Services Global
Corporate Division. He left Zurich four years ago to found Siesko Partners.
