Sonamara Jeffreys to Join Korn/Ferry's EMEA Financial Services Market as Senior Client Partner

LONDON, May 6, 2010 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent
management solutions, today announced that Sonamara Jeffreys will be joining
the Firm as Senior Client Partner within the Global Financial Services
Market. She will be based in the Firm's London office and work with global
and EMEA organizations.

Ms. Jeffreys will be joining Korn/Ferry from Heidrick & Struggles, where
she served as managing partner of the London office and head of the firm's
financial services practice in EMEA. Her broad-based financial services
experience includes a strong focus across all functions within investment
banking and capital markets.

Ms. Jeffreys received an M.A. in history and French from Edinburgh
University. She is fluent in French.
