Statement Issued on Behalf of Dr Coward

LONDON, May 24, 2011 -

"It is no secret that Dr Martin Coward and his estranged wife,
Ms Elena Ambrosiadou, are involved in an acrimonious divorce. IKOS was
co-founded by them in happier times and is now embroiled in their dispute.

Ms Ambrosiadou remains the C.E.O of IKOS. The Press release
issued by IKOS earlier today gives an account of the dispute between them
which Dr Coward does not recognize. He strongly denies the alleged
wrongdoing,

Dr Coward very much regrets that IKOS and Ms Ambrosiadou
should have felt it appropriate to issue a press release in such contentious
terms. It reinforces his long-standing desire to see the earliest possible
end to the whole dispute.

He has previously proposed that the parties should refer their
differences to mediation or arbitration to enable all their existing disputes
in different jurisdictions to be determined before the same tribunal as
speedily as possible. For his part he would be more than happy to agree to a
summary of the award being made available to the press. To date Ms
Ambrosiadou and IKOS have declined to take up the offer of mediation or
arbitration. Dr Coward regrets this and invites them to reconsider their
position."
