StratoGen today reported an 82% growth in private cloud
deployments in the 2^nd quarter as organisations focused
on moving their entire IT infrastructure to the cloud. Despite the
recent high profile outages of some cloud providers, IT managers
are pushing forward with ever more ambitious migration
projects.

confidence in the cloud has far exceeded our expectations in recent

migration projects in a bid to enhance service levels and
performance. In a relatively short time IT managers have embraced

Cloud hosting is set to account for 80% of all web hosting by
2020, according to industry experts. However, the risk to IT
departments is large and growing as a multitude of hosting
companies build clouds with little or no experience, selling into a
market with no track record.
