LONDON and HONG KONG, May 23, 2011 -

Sucden Financial has been voted #1 Broker Overall in Base Metals, Asia
Pacific
2011 by AsiaRisk, the magazine for risk and derivatives
professionals. Sucden Financial's emergence as the premier broker for base
metals in the region is a result of the magazine's annual commodity ranking
poll. This survey also saw Sucden Financial being named fourth overall for
all commodities in the Asia Pacific region. The increasing presence of the
firm in Asia, coupled with its strong history and heritage in the commodities
sphere, particularly as a leading LME metals broker, have provided the basis
for this success.

Michael Overlander, CEO of Sucden Financial, said, "Asia and in
particular China has been a key area of growth for Sucden Financial over the
last decade. We have a strong market presence and are a well-known and
established brand, particularly in the metals market. I am delighted Sucden
Financial has been recognised with this award. China remains a key area of
focus and we are also raising our efforts to expand throughout the rest of
the Asia Pacific region."
