TAM’s 2Q09 Results Will Be Released on August 13

TAM’s (NYSE: TAM, BOVESPA: TAMM4) results for the second quarter 2009 (2Q09) will be released on August 13, 2009. The information will be available on the company’s website: www.tam.com.br/ir, and through the CVM (Comissao de Valores Mobiliarios) and the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) “after the market closes”. The conference calls in Portuguese and English will be Friday, August 14 at 10:00am and 11:30am (Eastern Time), respectively.
