ST Consulting Implements Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 to Support 250,000 Users, Enabling Educational Learning Specialist to Significantly Improve Internal and External Communication

LONDON, May 10, 2010 - The Learning Possibilities Group, a provider of online learning portals
to local authorities and schools, has implemented Microsoft Dynamics CRM

The CRM system will support 250,000 users and will significantly improve
both internal and external communication.

The Learning Possibilities Group provides online learning environments to
Internet-based global communities spanning Central and Eastern Europe, India,
China, the Middle East and Africa. Its LP+ system is a centrally hosted and
managed learning platform built on industry-leading software. LP+ is designed
to address e-learning, communication and information management needs and the
CRM system is then used to manage all customer interaction and log product
sales and support.

Raichura continues, "We hold records for 500 to 600 schools on our system
and the CRM system is supporting 250,000 users so it was essential we

by implementing version 4 of the CRM software. Before this, when cases were
created we were struggling to manage them adequately. However, this has
improved dramatically due to automated emails and reporting as we can now see
which products are causing the most queries and calls from customers and we
can then quickly address any problems. Our inter-departmental communication
has also improved as a result of moving to Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4 - now
each area of the business is kept fully informed of other departments'
customer communications and sales activities and this is helping us to
operate more efficiently as an organisation."
