Thomas Miller Investment Appoints New Chief Executive Officer

DOUGLAS, Isle of Man, December 7, 2010 - Mike Balfour has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Thomas Miller
Investment (TMI). In 2009 Balfour was appointed Chief Investment Officer of
TMI, bringing with him a wealth of experience having spent 16 years with
Edinburgh Fund Managers, including six years as Chief Investment Officer and
Managing Director. Thereafter, Balfour was the Chief Executive Officer of
Glasgow Investment Managers.
