ROAD TOWN, British Virgin Islands, November 12 - Tranen Capital Alternative Investment Fund Ltd. is pleased to announce a
successful listing on the Irish Stock Exchange (www.ise.ie).

The Fund, a life markets fund that trades life insurance policies in the
secondary market, is catering to investors seeking both asset diversification
and non-correlated returns. The Fund, started in July 2008, is a domiciled
British Virgin Islands Mutual Fund regulated by the Financial Services
Commission (FSC). The Fund has been independently ranked by Barclay Hedge as
the #2 ranked Fixed Income Fund for the month of September 2009. The Fund has
consistently ranked #1 or #2 starting in May of 2009. The Fund has been able
to capitalize on the credit crisis by acquiring high quality policies at
distress sale prices. Tranen Capital Ltd., the Investment Manager of the
Fund, decided to list the Fund on the Irish Stock Exchange in order to
provide a more open and transparent structure for its investors.

Arthur L. Bowen, managing director for Tranen Capital Ltd., noted that
"Transparency is what the market needs, and a listing on the Irish Stock
Exchange will help us achieve that goal." Consistent with this goal of
transparency, the Fund's auditors, KPMG, will provide audited financial
statements to its investors for every six-month period, not just annually.

Tranen Capital Ltd. has participated in many events to help promote the
rapidly growing market segment of Life Settlements. Recently, Tranen Capital
was a sponsor of the European Institutional and Alternative Investment Summit
in Nice, France. The investment managers spoke about the advantages of a
non-correlated asset class and the benefits of and need for diversification.
They also spoke at the University of Monaco, noting the change in
Demographics globally, and how aging populations will impact the future of
the financial markets.

The Fund's strategy is to selectively buy high quality but unwanted or
unneeded life insurance policies from Seniors (65 or older), hold them
through the two-year period and sell them to institutional purchasers such as
banks, pension funds or hedge funds. In the 10-15 years of its existence, the
life settlements market has grown from having aggregate invested assets of
US$1 billion dollar a year to a current marketplace with annual investments
of well over US$16 billion. As the so-called baby-boomer generation
approaches and matures into retirement age, the market is poised to grow to
well over US$160 billion invested annually.

Tranen Capital will be speaking at future events, including the
Institutional Investors' Conference in Vienna, Austria, in February 2010, and
at other programs later in the spring and summer.
