Growth Average Significantly Higher Than all Market Predictions

NEW YORK and LONDON, January 7 - Despite a small growth year for online retail sales (4.9%) as
reported by Comscore Networks, a Global Internet Information Provider, there
was good news for merchants on the Venda on-Demand eCommerce platform in the
fourth quarter of 2009 who saw an average year-on-year revenue increase of
85.7%.

Venda, the world's largest on-Demand eCommerce provider in the
USA & Europe, which normalizes revenue across the hundreds of retail, brand
and manufacturer websites on their Software as a Service (SaaS) platform,
showed remarkable growth through the Venda Sales Index. International brands
using the Venda eCommerce solution include Universal Music, TK Maxx, Laura
Ashley
, Conde Nast, JVC and Jimmy Choo.

"Our statistics suggest that not only was there an increase in
the number of new site visits of over 50%, but that our merchants are
converting more browsers into buyers and increasing the amount their
customers spend in a single visit. The level of traffic did not drop down as
early as it did last year, and the normal post-Christmas rush began in
earnest on Christmas Day," commented Andy Houstoun, Global Head of Marketing
at Venda.

"The number of returning customers is also on the increase as
our merchants continue to deliver good customer experiences and continue to
focus on driving customer lifetime value through their retention programs. I
am thrilled about our merchants performance, which give a fine polish to a
number of awards and recognition achieved by our customers in the
market-place in 2009, such as Lilly Pulitzer making into Internet Retailer's
Hot 100 for 2010, and Flowers Direct, a UK merchant receiving 5 stars out of
5 in a website usability study carried out by Web User magazine."

"Our customers are at the centre of everything we do, and we
have collaborated with all of them to deliver these positive results,"
commented Eric Abensur, Group CEO of Venda. "Our comprehensive ecommerce
solution continues to attract new customers in all the markets we operate in
and I am pleased that we have been able to extend existing contracts that
came up for renewal in 2009. The market conditions have been tough this year,
but our merchants appear to have weathered it very well and come out on top."
