Westway Group, Inc. Declares US$1 Special Dividend

NEW ORLEANS - The Board of Directors of Westway Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: SACQ) today declared a special dividend of US$1.00 per share to Class A Common shareholders of record on June 8, 2009, payable on June 18, 2009.
