W.P.M. van der Schoot resigns as director of the Ballast Nedam Administration Office

NIEUWEGEIN, The Netherlands - Mr. W.P.M. van der Schoot has indicated that he resigns as director of
the Ballast Nedam Administration Office as per 31 March 2009 due to his
appointment to the supervisory board of Hurks Groep B.V as per 1 April 2009.

The board will ensure fulfillment of the vacancy due to Mr. Van der
Schoot’s resignation.

Mr. Van der Schoot has been a member of the board of the Ballast
Administration Office since 2001. He was appointed chairman of the board in
April 2006. The board is extremely grateful for Mr. Van der Schoot’s
continued dedication throughout his time at the Ballast Nedam Administration
office and wishes him all the best at his new position.
