- Central Midlands based ActionCOACH Business Coach has practical tips, tools and tricks

One of the biggest challenges that most business owners face is how to manage their time to get the most out of their business. All too often these business owners spend time working IN their business rather than ON it. To overcome this challenge, Alan Brighton will teach attendees practical tips, tools and tricks of time management at the 2012 Business Excellence Forum at the De Vere Wokefield Park, Berkshire, England on January 20-21, 2012.

“When business owners truly understand the value of their time all else flows from there,” Brighton said. “My goal is to get people to move away from their habits and comfort zone and move toward creating real value in their business and time management plays a huge role in doing that.”

When attendees leave Brighton’s workshop they will come away with practical tools they can use to add value to areas of their business that may have been lacking.

“Business owners need to understand that if they are doing something they could be paying someone a wage to do, they are wasting their time because they aren’t contributing to the growth of their business. This idea of savings a wage can cost a business a fortune in the long run. But if these business owners can become clear on their goals and place the focus on their business where it should be by managing their time better, the rewards can be amazing.”

In addition to Brighton, the 2012 Business Excellence Forum will feature many outstanding speakers with expertise in the world of business. There will also be networking events, workshops seminars and breakout sessions.

“I’m very excited to be a part of the Business Excellence Forum,” Brighton said. “I’m very passionate about time management and I know the time I get at the Forum will allow me to make a major impact on everyone that attends.”
