AEGON Asset Management's Clark to Become IFP Vice Chairman

LONDON, March 8, 2010 - AEGON Asset Management 's European head of property investment Phil Clark
is set to become the Vice Chairman of the Investment Property Forum in June
2010
.

Clark heads up AEGON Asset Management's property investment team. He is
also responsible for the fund management of the AEGON Target Healthcare
Property Unit trust and has been on the board of the influential property
body since 2005.

Clark currently chairs the IPF's Education Strategy Group and the
Indirect Property Funds Group. The ESG oversees the IPF's education
programme, which aims to ensure the Forum's members have access to a wide
variety of formal and informal educational opportunities. As part of these
responsibilities Clark played a key role in securing Financial Skills Council
recognition for the programme.

The IPFG was established in November 2008 and focuses on unlisted pooled
investment funds with the aim of increasing the industry's understanding of
these types of vehicles.

Clark will become chairman of the IPF in 2011.

Clark says: 'I am delighted to have the opportunity to become the Vice
Chairman of IPF in June and subsequently Chairman in June 2011. I look
forward to continuing to work with the committee in further developing the
role of and the influence of the Forum in the wider investment market place.'

The IPF has around 1,800 individual members and aims to improve the
awareness, understanding and efficiency of property as an investment across
the UK. It draws its members from a range of professions including
accountancy, banking, fund management and surveying.
