Aki Riihilahti Says: HJK Will Beat Schalke - at Least on the Web

HELSINKI, Finland, August 24, 2011 -
Sofanatics (sofanatics.com), a virtual stadium for sports fans, has it’s own man on the field when HJK Helsinki faces FC Schalke 04 this Thursday. Midfielder Aki Riihilahti believes the Finns will win - at least on the Web.
After last weeks surprise 2-0 victory over the giant German club in Helsinki, HJK is extremely close to qualifying to Europa League’s next stage. That would be a miracle for a team with only 3 € million annual revenue.
“We will make an away goal in Gelsenkirchen”, believes Aki Riihilahti, the hard working midfielder of HJK. “We’ve gone through event the smallest pieces of Schalke’s game and we will be targeting their weaknesses. In the last match they had not analyzed us well enough. That’s one of the reasons we won in Helsinki.”
An away goal would force Schalke to score four goals in their home match in order to move forward in the Europa League.
In addition to playing for HJK Aki Riihilahti is involved in Finland based Sofanatics.com, where Finnish fans will go crazy while watching Schalke-HJK on TV. Riihilahti, an advisor for Sofanatics, has also invested in the company.
Sofanatics is a fast growing virtual stadium targeted to football fanatics where thousands of fans meet online during the matches every week.
“It’s good to know that when there is 60,000 Schalke fans on the stadium tomorrow, we’ll win at least on the Web”, Riihilahti says and challenges the German football lovers to log in to Sofanatics when the match starts.
