NIEUWEGEIN, the Netherlands, March 30, 2010 - As of today both the Dutch and English versions of the annual report 2009
are available for reference on www.ballast-nedam.nl.

On the website you will also find the agenda and explanatory notes,
together with the other documents for the General Meeting of Shareholders on
Friday 7 May.

Printed copies of the Dutch and English annual reports will be available
as of 7 April and can be requested at the Public Relations department,
pr@ballast-nedam.nl. or via the website.
