LONDON, February 25, 2010 - Solicitors Bott & Co, the Wilmslow based Personal Injury law firm, and
specialist legal systems integrator Zylpha Ltd are offering a new innovative
technology system 'Rapid RTA' to support the new MOJ process reforms portal
for low cost RTA personal injury claims.
The technology system, provides an easy to use software solution
integrating Solcase/Visualfiles case management systems with the new MOJ
portal. The web based solution will facilitate swift, electronic exchange of
relevant claim related documentation between claims handlers in law firms,
insurers, compensators and medical reporting agencies and the new portal,
improving internal claims handling processes.
Paul Hinchliffe, Practice Manager at Bott & Co said "Integration with the
MoJ portal is vital if we are to maintain our high levels of productivity and
efficiency. In a tightening market the use of IT and particularly well
thought out IT, will differentiate some firms from the rest of the claimant
PI market. Our drive to embrace what I see as the opportunities for better
client service arising from these MoJ changes will continue with still more
innovation to come."
Paul Hinchliffe also added, "We are very aware that claimants will still
demand the best service from all claimant law firms. In developing this
technology bridge between front line claims handlers and the new portal will
enhance the customer journey of claimants and we are encouraging other
stakeholders and partners in competitor law firms to embrace this new
technology."
Zylpha Limited have been internally preparing the Rapid RTA technology
over the last few months, constantly monitoring the latest portal
developments by IDSL the company tasked with building the portal. They
confidently expect to be able to demonstrate a significant improvement in a
firms internal claims process allowing users to immediately benefit from the
Rapid RTA system and seamlessly integrate with the portal.
This new technology is just the latest initiative Bott & Co has
undertaken having most recently launched an iPhone application that has
helped accident victims get immediate assistance through the Bott & Co
concierge help centre. The application is available for free on iTunes or the
App store by searching for 'Car Incident Assistant'. -
