CRAWLEY, England, March 30, 2011 - British Airways flights to the popular Spanish city of Malaga have
returned to Gatwick Airport.

The flights have now moved back from Heathrow and have doubled in
frequency, with up to four daily flights on selected days. This will increase
to 27 flights a week from June 2011.

Malaga is the gateway to the southern Spanish sun resorts and the daily
flights are timed to give customers maximum flexibility when making their
travel plans.

As well as its title of golf capital of Spain the region is also renowned
for its wine and olive oil, beautiful beaches, luxury resorts, nature
reserves and landmarks and museums.

The Malaga flights last operated from Gatwick in summer 2009.

Colm Lacy, British Airways head of commercial Gatwick, said: "We are
delighted to be increasing the number of flights to Malaga (

services a week and moving the flight back from Heathrow to Gatwick. Malaga
is an important route for our customers and we are delighted to add it to the
excellent shorthaul network we have at Gatwick.

customers with choice of destinations from sea and sand holidays in
Thessaloniki to romantic breaks in Venice, wine tasting in Bordeaux or take
in some comedy and culture at the Edinburgh festival."
