Can Mastermailer Defend its Patents?

BIRMINGHAM, England, December 14 - The Intellectual Property Office have now submitted documentation to all
known interested parties (including Mastermailer) in order to allow all
parties to comment on the alleged infringement of patent GB2340073B by the
two patents held by Mastermailer Stationery Ltd.

This action has been requested by Everseal Mailers who believe there may
be a serious infringement of patent number GB 2340073B.

As instructed by the Intellectual Property Office, all known interested
parties have until the 4th January to submit their observations in relation
to this alleged infringement.
